Shishito Pepper

The mildest favorite for pan frying and eating without removing skin or seeds. Thin walled glossy green 3 - 4 inch peppers. Prolific bearer. Every restaurant & hip cook has shishitos. Sow indoors 8-10 weeks before transplanting or direct sow in long warm-season areas.  Sow 1/4" deep, 12-14" apart.  Requires steady warmth and moisture to germinate. (100 seeds)
