Chiltepin (Tepin) Chile

Native Sonoran perennial. Little 1/2" spheres, thin fleshed. Blasting, quick-to- pass heat. Very good in salsas, stews, and for flavoring vinegar. Good houseplant. Sow indoors 8-10 weeks before transplanting or direct sow in long warm-season areas.  Sow 1/4" deep, 12-14" apart.  Requires steady warmth and moisture to germinate. (50 seeds)
