Cilantro (Coriander)

A very popular annual herb used throughout the Southwest and Mexico. It is also used in Asian cooking (Chinese Parsley). Both the seeds (Coriander) and the leaves (Cilantro) are used. In Mexico many salsas are seasoned with Cilantro. Sow seed thinly, 1/4 inch deep in early spring, and again in midsummer for a fall crop.
