Nasturtiums

A member of the watercress family, often called Indian Cress. Cultivated worldwide for salad greens. A tender annual. Flowers range from white to yellow to orange. The entire plant, including the flowers, has a delicate, spicy flavor. Sow in well drained, rich soil 1 inch deep. Thin plants to 1 foot apart. Needs extra water.
