Large, wonderful, 3-4", fragrant, white flowers open in the evening and close in the mid-day heat. This low-growing perennial (to 8" high and 1-2 ft. wide) has gray-green, fuzzy leaves. White-Tufted Evening Primrose blooms early summer. Good drainage is a must - likes rocky soils. Slow, sporadic germination, 1-2 months of stratification improves germination.
