Small blue to purple flowers with white throats bloom midsummer on this 1 1/2 ft. perennial with slender leaves above the evergreen rosette. Group Mountain Meadow Penstemon in dappled shade for a delicate, airy appearance. Mountain plant needing extra water. Sow in fall or cold stratify. Zones 4-8.
