Super Sugarsnap Pea

Both peas and pods are edible. Harvest the thick, sweet, 3" pods. Serve raw, lightly steamed or stir-fry, keeping the peas and pods together. Or let the delicious peas mature, shell them and cook as any other pea. A good freezing pea. The vines, to 5 ft. or more, will need a trellis or support. (60 days)
